Orders must be paid in full before the order production begins unless otherwise approved by One Custom City. Our typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks once we've received payment in full and all information required to complete your order (artwork, product style and sizes, shipping info, etc.). You must communicate your deadline when you place your order. A rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. Your artwork is final upon your approval of your quote. Please review your quote for product colors and sizes and the artwork for spelling, placement, and accuracy. Once approved, One Custom City will not be responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your artwork. WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH YOU

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
